Fascist regime is going to experiment with Reading the Mind, on doing so they find other avenues to experiment further with the mind. They are very prolific in reading the mind and have extended that to blocking ones thoughts and ones mind. It has allowed to steal ones thoughts to wash one of one thoughts to control the mind and that which one does. To interfering with ones mind that which one does.

The read the mind in there own voices to using ones own voice to read ones thoughts, to playing many tricks where they are intent on stealing ones thoughts, claiming ones thoughts to claiming that the are helping and claiming ones intelligence to this copying of ones notes or thoughts. Reading the mind cause they want to know all of ones thoughts that which one is thinking, perhaps will even find reason to consider one as an threat. Alas undoubtedly even aiding the Experiments on Understanding the mind.

It is they whom are an threat it is they whom are Fascist, toying around with the mind to curb ones progress to control ones progress if they are unable to put an end to ones progress, the chain of thoughts the flow of thought. This reading of the mind has allowed them to become prolific in interfering with that which one says and writes. Causing errors to clamming ones thoughts or logic gates as there own, thus covering themselves up.

The blocks on the mind are not allowing one to be aware of ones thoughts, and ones own mind but they are still reading the mind as such but not allowing me know my own mind, they must have mapped the regions of the brain responsible for processing thoughts. If they are aware and in effect reading in this fashion then they are stealing ones mind or thoughts. They have learnt to know ones mind to interfere as ones own thoughts, to the mix up as to whether such thoughts are my own or as transmitted, this mix-up forces about an conflict and an reject of such thoughts, and my own mind and mentality.

They claim all that which goes on in ones head, knowing that I will reject things, and oppose such actions whilst they are also able to claim to be helping where it is just my own thoughts which they are stealing. Reading the mind, knowing that I will reject things and perhaps will not continue with the chain of thoughts, the flow of thoughts. They have progress to interfering and messing up ones typing and ones flow of thoughts, to learning how to interferes with that which one says.

Reading ones mind knowing what one wants to do, just driving one mad with there pretence of telling one what to do, but I guess they are learning to control one, and to mess one up, knowing that which one is doing or thought process behind all that one does.

Protocol : - Rehabilitation is necessary especially in or on recovering from surgery and from the effects of this insanity and isolation. A means of finding that sanity in ones life and making sure that ones sanity is not compromised in the future. To allowing justice to run its course where rehabilitation must not allow for any errors or contamination of judicial proceedings. Rehabilitation is just an rest period which allows one to get on with my own life and protects one from any further invasions or violations of ones rights.

Protocol must allow for one to reclaim ones thoughts, from this reading of the mind, a period in which one is allowed to get to know ones own thoughts, reclaim that which is stolen, whilst also allowing for evidence to be establish as to whom has been reading ones mind or knows ones thoughts and the extent to which ones thoughts has been stolen from ones mind, also to recover thoughts or information that one is unaware of.

Rehabilitation just means that people, and various organizations, are not allowed to force about there presence in ones life. That one is not forced or require to say anything to them to talk to them where one still has to prove that they know all of ones thoughts, one has to reclaim that which is stolen from one and perhaps they will say they have just told one or said that to one. Whilst one still, or may have to prove that such Intelligence, such Genius is ones own but the organization has no intentions of allowing one to be recognized, to messing one up thus not allowing such intelligence to be known. The organization will not allow one out of there sight thus repressing any truth that my exist to this conspiracy, whilst also making sure that which the have claimed as there own stays lost to themselves. Rehabilitation must prevent them from associating with one in the future. Whilst any communication must take place in writing where perhaps evidence will present itself.

Rehabilitation is applicable and must be adhered to those whom one accuses of conspiracy, whom are deemed to be apart of this fascism, those behind the implants to those whom are deemed to have kept one as an Human Guinea Pig. Those whom deemed to be an threat to one or tend to go against one in respect of all issues of concern, to violating ones rights as an individual. Including the fact that ones thoughts are one own, to ones choices in life are un-contend-able to thus dismissing any fabrication of thoughts, all of which is an issues at present and more or less an way of life, such violations of Ones Rights.
